Indonesia has recently introduced a new health card, which has attracted much criticism. The new health alert card is known as the International Health Card. In keeping with World Health Day the design of the card is a blue wellness ring with the text"illi Indonesian". The blue color of this ring is a representation of those seas of both Java and Borneo in Indonesia.

Regardless of the introduction of these special cards a few are critical of the design. They feel that the font ought to be bolder and darker to better represent the island of Indonesia. On the other hand some are unhappy with the colour combination of the cards. Many people believe that the health card generates too much confusion among individuals.

Indonesia has had a healthcare program in place for several years. Recently there have been a lot of issues with the delivery of healthcare services. It is well-known that Indonesia has the maximum rate of infant mortality than any other country in Asia. With this in mind that the health alert card has been introduced to attempt to improve the health of the black people.

However, some are worried that with the various colors on the health alert card it causes confusion. There's also the concern about the various font sizes on the card. These problems have been deliberated upon by the government. They're taking a look at ways to present a uniform credit card to combat this confusion. There is also an issue that the colour blue may cause confusion with the Indonesian national colours of gold and green.

Presently the cards are still being made. The font will probably stay the same as it has been for the last couple of years. Other colours like black and white are being considered but nothing is final as far as this is concerned. It is expected that in the long run each of the black cards will be blue.

The health alert card is basically a public service card which carries your medical information like allergies, vitamins, medications, diabetic direction etc.. In case you have ever gotten a health alert card previously, you will notice that they contain your name, contact number, address and name of your health care provider. This usually means that this card can save lives if a health crisis were to occur. With the current progress in technology that the government hopes to make the health conscious card more user friendly in the future.
